Return Policy

Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).
  • Digital products: Unless otherwise specified, software downloads are not returnable after purchase.
  • Customized items or items listed as “special order” are not returnable after purchase.
  • Items listed with “as-is” or “final sale” are not returnable after purchase.

All items must be returned via Blizzard Lighting’s returns process accessible from your account page.


You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, visit the 'Returns' tab accessible from your account page.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note a re-stock fee may be applied, pending the condition of the item(s) upon our inspection.


Exchanges and Repair

If your product is under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product for repair or exchange. To begin this process, please open a new support ticket and we’ll work with you from there to fix or replace your item.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products not in full condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original product within 30 days of purchase and then purchase a new item separately.
