Items shipped from blizzardpro.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SHIPPING A RETURNED ITEM
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, visit the 'Returns' tab accessible from your account page.
REFUND FOR A RETURNED ITEM
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note a re-stock fee may be applied, pending the condition of the item(s) upon our inspection.
EXCHANGE AND/OR REPAIR AN ITEM
If your product is under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product for repair or exchange. To begin this process, please open a new support ticket and we’ll work with you from there to fix or replace your item.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products not in full condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original product within 30 days of purchase and then purchase a new item separately.

All items are eligible for free shipping, pending some requirements. Orders with a subtotal over $99.00 are eligible for free ground shipping to the upper 48 U.S. + Washington D.C.
Orders including a road case(s) must have a subtotal over $1,000.00 in order to receive free shipping (to the upper 48 U.S. + Washington D.C.). Free, standard shipping is available for orders of KN95 masks to the 50 U.S. + Washington D.C. & all sales are final upon shipment.
